Henry M. Terrell, Esq.
Managing Member
Attorney Henry M. Terrell has spent over 30 years working in the tax revenue sector. In 1981, he began serving as the Recorder of Deeds for the District of Columbia Office of Tax & Revenue. He went on to serve as Tax Counsel for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer with the Office of Tax and Revenue, providing legal advice and counsel for real estate tax administration related to real property transfers, recordation tax exemptions, and estate tax administration.
In 2004, he became the managing partner of Henry M. Terrell & Associates, PLLC. Mr. Terrell’s invaluable leadership and management skills have been utilized by multiple community organizations and institutions. He served as president of the Howard University School of Law Alumni Association of the Greater Washington Area, a previous board member of the Association of Real Estate Law License Officials (ARELLO), and a member of the District of Columbia Land Title Association. Mr. Terrell’s dedication as an attorney has made him one of the most trusted voices in land and property real estate transaction law in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.
Olandan Davenport, Esq.

Attorney Davenport has operated a legal practice for over two decades. His primary focus has been advising entrepreneurs and small businesses, both domestically and internationally, on issues ranging from business formation, planning, and due diligence to litigation and dispute resolution. He has acted as outside general counsel for small businesses and secured specialists in various areas to address client issues.
In his international practice, Mr. Davenport has conducted business in various capacities in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Projects from his domestic practice include creating a consortium of veteran-owned businesses to participate in the Deep Water Project of the United States Coast Guard, and developing and managing joint venture agreements between churches and commercial real estate developers.
